So many of you, over the years, fell in love with “Grandma Jingles”.

It was easy to do.

Over the years Grandma Jingles was mentioned countless times. Here are just a few favorites.

Me too Grandma, Me too

Laughter Is The Best Medicine

A Wee Little Tea Set

Toyland, Toyland

Over the River and Through The Woods

Queen For A Day

A Rose By Any Other Name

Do Me A Favor

But truly the best post was this… To think of all we could have missed.

Let’s Talk About Love

She was love and she was loved.

My friends I will be stepping away from the blog for awhile as I travel to Minnesota.

I rest secure knowing heaven is rejoicing at the newest angels arrival.

Dear Laura, this is a sad day for you and I'm so sad that it happened so quickly/ As you go through the week remember that people are praying for you. Your Grandma is at peace and her suffering is over. Now her mantel of love is on your shoulders.

Laura, I type the with tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat. Thank you for sharing your sweet Grandma Jingles with us throughout the years. I think one of my favorite moments was when she requested "Fifty Shades of Grey"! I know she will be missed but I also know she is in good company {my Grammy is no doubt offering her a cup at this very moment!} The heavens celebrated her homecoming last night -- a shooting star spectacular {Leonid Meteor Shower}! Sending love and prayers for you and your family, Deborah

I am so sorry for your loss, Laura. I do hope you made it in time for one last hug. It's wonderful to have that closeness with a grandparent(s). My grandparents practically raised me, and I miss them every day, but the sweet memories cannot ever be taken away. My heart and prayers go out to you during this time.

Awww, I'm so sorry. Today is my parents 52nd wedding anniversary and Grandma Jingles was just a few years older than my Dad (he is 89). My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Much love to you all.

Thanks for sharing all the love with us. Anyone could see the special relationship you had with Grandma Jingles. I never knew any of my grandparents, they had all died before I was born. See how lucky you were? But then, you already knew that:) Hang in there, sending prayers your way.

I'm very sorry for your loss and very inspired by your story of reconnecting and forgiveness. It comes at a perfect time for me. Only a day ago I decided to reach out to a couple of family members that I had found too difficult to deal with for the last few years. We will not likely become as close as you and your grandma were but I won't have the weight of discord to bear. You are in my prayers.
