5 Pairs Of Cute Boots for $9.97 Each

Oh boy was I recently blessed in the boot department!

Keep reading to see the rest of the boots and where I found them.

For some reason I always forget about J. C. Penney’s being an option for well priced fashion. I had actually been searching for a pink and navy bow tie for one of my men who wants to wear it for Easter when I entered the store last Friday. A big “Red Tag Clearance” sign in shoes stopped me in my tracks on my way to the men’s department. A sales clerk with a label gun was marking down a huge pile of shoes.

I found this suede and twill pair first. They happen to be Mr. Décor’s favorite and are extremely comfortable.

Next were a pair of black pony hair and suede specimens. They aren’t quite as comfy, but I think they’re cute!

Then I spied some Beatle boots for the Fashionista.

A few days earlier I had spied these funky bits of fun also on clearance in the girls department at Wal Mart. (They go up to a women’s size 7. ) I paired them with a solid colored dress I wore to church on a rare cold Phoenix day.

There was only one thing wrong with this photo:

Ah, much better!

Special thanks to Mr. Décor who happily took these photos while lying on the floor and continually accosted by a loving dachshund who always wears really cute fur boots.

While it felt a little extravagant to buy 5 pairs of boots (booties) at once  I knew I would kick myself later if I didn’t.

I am still on the hunt for the navy and pink bow tie.

All super cute, Laura, and a great price!! :)

I can actually wear all of those types of boots - others, not to much, thanks to years of bicycling and calves to match, so I always have to special order tall boots, and also have to have boots with soft backs due to the bones on the back of my feet that stick out and hurt. (Didn't have to worry about ANY of that when I was 29, but not so at 49)

Anyway - adorable boots, glad you found several pairs you liked at that great price! :)

That is amazing! I never go to Penney's any more after they changed their pricing. But now that they've gone back to marking things down, I should go again! I think I can wear the same size as you...share? heehee! Hugs!

Love your boots, Laura!! I wanted to get some new stylish boots this winter, but somehow that never happened. I've always hated shoe shopping because...I wear a size 5 1/2 shoe, and they're so hard to find. When I was younger, I actually wore a five; a shoe store clerk told me years ago that most stores only received one or two pairs of each style in those sizes, so they got gone in a snap. Maybe I could check J.C. Penney online. Hmmm.

Your precious doggie looks so cute; it's funny how they like to get in the picture with us. :) Have a wonderful day!!

A deal's a deal! I think I'm with Mr. Decor on the favorite ones. Although they all look great - especially the furry ones.....

Gros bisous

The suede and twill are my favorite, too. I have a number of pairs of "booties" like these and I practically live in them during fall and winter. No shame in snagging great buys!

The suede and twill ones are my favorites, too. I have been wanting "cowboy style" boots for so long...I'm not even sure I want them anymore, LOL!

Love them all! I have a pair of Western styled booties that are about 20 years old but I still feel so awesome when I put them on. And at the prices you paid, wouldn't you feel bad if you left them there? :)

Too many years of pointy-toed heels means I can no longer wear "pointy-toed" anything, but those are super-cute. We have a very nice Penney's store close to us, and I have found some darling clothing. I think they have really upgraded what they sell.
