For those of you who have been asking, inquiring, perhaps even pleading with me about providing Royal themed posts, your wish is my command.
But like the rest of the world I have been waiting for the right time.
In the very early morning hours The Duchess of Cambridge was led into a side door of St. Mary’s Hospital in London.
While it was confirmed that the Duchess is overdue, it is not known whether this birth was induced, will be a scheduled cesarean or things are progressing in a natural way.
She is currently in the private Lindo wing, where Princess Diana gave birth to both Princes William and Harry.
Once the heir to the throne arrives, a Royal aide will leave the hospital with a birth announcement and drive the two and a half miles to Buckingham Palace where it can be posted behind the gates in the forecourt of the palace on an easel, which was last used when Prince William was born 31 years ago. The announcement will state the newborn's gender, weight and time of birth.
For now we all must wait. In the meantime I had previously written a charming post that posted earlier today that you may read below.
