Mother’s Day Brunch Ideas

I love the idea of a Mother’s Day brunch served alfresco style.

(For all sources, you can click on each image to be taken to the original site.)

Happy gingham, striped dishtowels and mason jars are perfectly sweet.

Yes to yellow! It appears a decorative curtain panel was used as the tablecloth and runner.

Rustic summer yellow tablescape.

Darling pink stripes and polka dots. Using all paper products makes for an easy cleanup which Mom’s love.

Pretty in Pink tablescape

Begin with a lace panel, add some mismatched china, vintage glassware and lace wrapped menu’s for a truly lovely table.

Pink and turquoise vintage china tablescape.

Create a centerpiece in minutes by piling colorful fruit into a wooden crate. Add in some roses and bougainvillea clipped from the garden.

Summery peach tablescape. From

Wonderful graphics can be found just by googling your favorite subject matter. Here beautiful birds were printed out and paired with a simply sweet cage.

pink gingham birdcage tablescape

This looks lovely and complicated. But study it for a moment. Begin by laying down a tray or picture frame. Top with a smaller framed mirror and cake stand.  Add a layer of lace to two clear glass vases. Then nestle in two milk glass vases and fill with flowers. Simply….stunning.

Love the mix of Milk Glass & Pink Glass ....using a frame to ground the tablescape

Soft green ribbon draped over a white cloth. Easy and elegant.

Green tablescape

But what to serve? My favorite is French toast.

With strawberry syrup.

Eggs in crepes? I’ll take two.

Do you like your biscuits with honey or gravy?

Even store bought donuts can be elevated to something special.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Hey Gorgeous Lady,

Congratulations to miss fashionista. What pretty table settings, and may I please have my comment today register for tomorrow's Mother's Day giveaway. My husband is coming home today, he's been gone for 5 weeks in the Philippines and I'm just not going to be on the computer tomorrow. If not, don't worry. It looks like a fantastic giveaway. I also want you to know that I think of you regularly and always keep you in my prayers.

Love ya'

Absolutely gorgeous settings! I am sending a link to this to my husband. Since we can't go home for Mother's Day this year, maybe he'll get inspired.

I think it is so wonderful to have a National Day of Prayer. I hope everyone in our nation took it to heart.
