A Real “Shi Shi Shi” Wedding

I have a guilty pleasure secret. I like to watch the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Truthfully, I first began watching the show to get a sneak peek into the women’s various homes and peruse their decorating styles. Lisa Vanderpump’s home has always been my favorite.

While the house itself is French in flavor, the gardens are definitely English.

The interiors are decorated primarily in a pink and white color scheme.

It  would seem that Lisa’s daughter, Pandora, shares her mother’s penchant for an all pink color palette.

For her nuptials to fiancé Jason Sabo Pandora selected an Ian Stuart wedding gown which was primarily white, although it did feature pink roses and diamonds, as did her shoes.

Pandora Vanderpump-Todd and Jason Sabo Wedding

The mother of the bride and Pandora’s four bridesmaids all wore pink.

With the help of event planner Kevin Lee (who I think inspired Martin Short’s character, Franck Egglehoffer in “Father of the Bride”) the estate tennis courts were transformed into a pink fairy wonderland.

The happy couple wed under an outdoor arbor that was decorated with pink and white roses intertwined with ivy garland and hanging candlelit lanterns.

"Shi Shi Shi Shi, Darling!"

The reception tent featured a ceiling covered in crystals and white flower petals while the guest tables had elaborate rose centerpieces.

Pink wonderland: The tent was festooned with pink and cream roses and crystals draped in every direction

I preferred the bridal party table with its conversation cozy centerpieces and romantic candlelight.

Sumptuous: The after-dark wedding was a lavish affair in all respects

The cake was also covered in roses and orchids in various shades of blush and bashful.

A Cake That Costs Nearly $10,000

As night approached the mood lighting turned pink enhancing the rhinestone encrusted chandeliers.

Even if you don’t watch the show, but happen to be a hopeless romantic, scan your television guide to see when the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” airs in your neck of the woods this week. Because this is one wedding I guarantee you’ll adore.

You can see additional photo’s on the Bravo site.

You found my vice and yet another thing we have in common. Lisa Vanderpump is my favorite housewife and I adore her sense of style. The wedding was epitome of elegance.

Hi, my name is Ann and I am a BH Housewives addict...

What a wedding that was. And the wedding planner - I had the same thought about Martin Short - too funny.

Lisa has wonderful taste and this wedding was so beautiful and I liked that they kept it personal even though it was so large-scale.

I guess you will have fun looking at Lisa and Ken's new home since they have "down-sized".

Good heavens that house is gorgeous. I've never watched the show because we don't get it over here, but now I want to, just for the houses.

The wedding! Wow! I think it's a bit much that the mom was wearing a tiara too. Does someone need attention?

I don't watch the show, but am glad you posted these wedding pics. So pretty! I really like that the bridesmaids dresses look like they could be altered to an above the knee length for a pretty summer party look. Thanks for sharing.

I've never watched these shows but I know so many people must. I do have a friend who knows this woman, the mother of the bride and says she is very nice and quite normal. Don't know if that comes off in the show.
The wedding is a bit girly for me but still lovely.
Can you imagine how much this all cost???

Oh Lord have mercy but I'm hooked on that show too - I think just the fact that I can't believe most of the actions! When I saw that little pink armchair in one of your pics, I thought - wait - she doesn't have a grandchild. Then I realized it was for the DOG LOLOLOL Doesn't Vanderpump seem like an unreal name? LOL I saw the pre-wedding stuff - one show at least and CAN you BELIEVE what they spend on that stuff? Guess I'm going to have to watch the wedding now. It did look beautiful but I just can't imagine spending that much money on something like that!

I could barely read this as I was pinning every picture as I went along. The house is fab, the gardens unbelievable and I could live with this white and touches of soft pink. (Well, now that the kids are mostly grown!) What a fabulous wedding too.

Don't you wonder what they do to make them act so awful towards each other? I guess it makes good TV!

First off, I want to say a BIG THANK YOU for all your kind words and Prayer during my long sickness, GOSH it has been a rough 6 weeks!!!But I take my last antibiotic today and I praise GOD for that. THAT WEDDING will be one to see for sure, when does it air???I am hosting my daughter in LOVE to be here at my house in Feb. It is a Breakfast at Tiffany's(really Breakfast at JESSE'S theme) so lots of AQUA and WHITE, her wedding color is NOT aqua, but she loves VINTAGE and URBAN and Modern , but loved this theme, so we went with it!!!
I hope it all comes together perfectly!!I so look forward to our upcoming LUNCH when CINDY gets to Phx. I hope not the week of Feb. 4th til the 11th, taking MY MOm to Orlando for her 75th Birthday celebration!!!
So let's keep in touch and plan a lunch!!!

I'm hooked on all the "Housewives" shows, and I love Lisa Vanderpump. I would not have been able to deal with Mr. Shi shi shi, though. I had the feeling that he wasn't listening perfectly to his clients.

Hi Laura,
Ok, I'm part of the club. I love RHBH too! Lisa's house is to die for! I drool over it every time! I love her kitchen and closet - oh, the closet : ) It's hard to believe they moved. I can't wait to see what the NEW house looks like next season. Pandora's wedding was unbelievable. Every detail was just beautiful from the invatation boxes, to the flowers, to the table settings. I wish I had friends in Beverly Hills!
I also thought Mr. Shi Shi Shi was hilarious! Did you see him on the after show? Too funny ~
